Barsotti’s expanded responsibilities come just seven months after she joined The Raley’s Companies as chief communications officer, per her LinkedIn profile. Now, in addition to her existing oversight of communications, government affairs and community impact, she will also lead marketing for the company, according to the press release.

Slatter will now oversee store operations across the grocery company’s banners while supporting store teams, improving operations and ensuring a strong customer experience, per the announcement. Slatter is a Raley’s veteran, having spent her entire 27-plus-year career with the grocer.
Wingo joined the grocer in 2002 at the start of his career, according to his LinkedIn profile. In his new role, he will lead the company’s merchandising strategy, innovation, category growth, and customer value initiatives, per the announcement.

The Raley’s Companies has made numerous executive changes in recent years, including adding roles to its C-suite. At the start of last year, the company named its first-ever chief growth and transformation officer.
The company’s footprint, which consists of 10 banners, currently includes more than 200 stores across eight states and four Tribal Nations.
