Inspired by the tireless and impactful work taking place at child advocacy centers across the Midwest, Kent Precision Foods Group has launched a new program called Cocoa Cares as a way to offer “A Cup of Instant Coziness” to child victims, their families, and the people who serve them.

“These workers are true superheroes for giving voice, support, and healing to these wonderful children who are going through unimaginably difficult situations. This is simply our way to help lift the spirits of these workers and the kids they serve—one mug at a time,” says Mike Eversmeyer, President of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) Division of Kent Precision Foods Group, Inc.

Through the Cocoa Cares program, KPFG will donate packets of their Land O’Lakes® Cocoa Classics® Cocoa Mix each winter to these child advocacy centers.

Eversmeyer adds, “We firmly believe even the smallest cup of hot cocoa can warm a child’s heart or calm a dedicated staff member when they need it the most. We want to show our appreciation and thank them for all they do to give hope to children who need it the most.”
