Aldi took to social media on Wednesday to announce its Thanksgiving meal bundle, which this year includes a turkey and the fixings for nine sides for $40.
The deal comes in at around $7 less than Aldi’s 2024 offering, which fed 10 people for under $47.
This year’s offering also feeds 10 people and includes products and ingredients for a meal consisting of a 14-pound turkey, rolls, cranberry sauce, mac and cheese, stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole and pumpkin pie, according to a press release from the discounter. Aldi noted that shoppers need to purchase items that are part of the meal deal individually, adding that they are marked on the shelf.
Shoppers can purchase the items included in the Thanksgiving bundle until Dec. 24 in-store or online, per the announcement.

Aldi decided to announce its 2025 Thanksgiving meal offering on Instagram first, a spokesperson said in an email to Grocery Dive, reflecting how the discounter’s revamped social media strategy of leaning into more playful content is paying off. In the first six hours after the post went live on Wednesday morning, it received around 2,900 likes and 350 shares.
The post itself appears as an image of Teams message, with one colleague asking another to “do a quick post” about Aldi’s Thanksgiving offer. Aldi leans into some humor, having the other colleague ask if they can include a competitor’s name in the post to highlight that Aldi’s prices are cheaper, but the two ultimately decide to just censor the name.
