Is it just us, or is there some sort of movement to revive the tuna fish symbols of the 1950s going on? Just a few days ago, we learned that Charlie the Tuna had come out of retirement. Now the mermaid is back in the spotlight. No doubt we'll be hearing soon from that insect with the chef's cap from the Bumble Bee can, too.
Besides, the whole idea of naming the mermaid is silly. As any preteen girl can tell you, the perfect name for a mermaid is Emily.
